Bib necklaces

These are the new bib necklaces in the shop! Watch for more colors!

Fun jewelry!

I have been having fun making jewelry lately!

I bought these barbie shoes a while back with the intent to make some sort of jewlery with it. So here it is!

I love all the fun flower cabochons! Yeah cabochons, did I spell that right? A cabochon is that cute flower on this necklace I made.

I got these turquoise beads at the bead show foe $2! So I made this and a matching bracelet. The flower is a fabric flower.

Booties!

I bought this darling pattern from Ashley on Make it and Love it (her link is on the right) for these cute girlie booties! I made a bunch for my new niece! They turned out so cute! Her patterns are so cute! I also bought the tie one, I will post pics. of those soon too!

I tweeked the pattern a little and made some boy looking ones for Roman!

Boots!

My sis-in-law just had a baby girl! So I was going all crazy making fun goodies for the little angel. I saw a picture of some boots similar to these and had to figure out how to make them. After 2 and a half tries I finally came up with this pattern. I thought they turned out pretty cute, and they were more my style than the picture I had originally seen.

I am really bad at updating this thing, so I am sorry. I am just busy with my cute kids and working on fun stuff for my etsy shop that I have just stopped blogging. Anyways here are some of the new things I have put in my etsy shop!!!

Vintage button earrings!

Mini scrabble letter earrings!

Last post on pendants....

I promise this is my last post on all these crazy pendants...maybe. I thought it would be so fun to make vintage movie poster ones. Since I LOVE movies (especially old ones) and I love wearing what I love. I made loads of them. Some turned out good, some did not. Here are a few. I also put them in my etsy shop!

Here are some more necklaces I made. I love making these and trying new things with them! I think I am going to sell them on my etsy site soon. I had a fun idea that I am working on at the moment for these necklaces too. I will post them when they are all done. Here are these fun ones!
BTW I really suck at taking good pictures, so these are kind of bad quality. They look much better in person.

I loved how this Audrey turned out! I made her necklace and tiara sparkle! I also love the red!

So this was an experiment. I wood burned this swan ( can you tell it is a swan) into this one inch disc. It turned out alright, I see some great potential in the future for some projects with that wood burner. I am excited!

Marilyn Monroe. She also has a sparkly necklace!

The Beethoven! For all you classic lovers. I am more of a Chopin lover.

The Hitchcock! Who doesn't love a Hitchcock? But who loves him enough to where him around their neck (that just sounded way more creepier than I meant it too)? I am one of those people.

The Bjork. This is another one of those necklaces that only me and a few others might like.

This Audrey is on a one inch circle, but instead of a bail, I used silver wire and made a loop with a bead.

Headbands!

I just realized that I have not featured all my headbands on here. These are what prompted me to start my etsy shop. Whenever I wore one of these people asked where I got it, and all these people wanted one. So I opened up my shop. It is hard to sell on etsy though. It is more a word of mouth thing and takes awhile to get noticed. Anyways here are most of the styles of headbands I make.

Earrings

I have really gotten into buying beads and making earrings and watchbands and such. More recently my friend Kristin has been teaching me how to wire wrap. Wire wrapping is much more detailed than the stuff I was making before and pretty much makes my old stuff look really lame. Anyways it is so much fun! I love it! It has been fun making new friends in the process too! Thanks Kristin!
Here are my first pair of earrings I made. I hope to make more fancy ones in the future, but these things took me a good 2 hours to make, and they are not exactly the same size, but who cares! I like them!

Spool dolls

I love love love The Nanny Goat blog! Melissa did a tutorial on how to make these darling spool dolls, and I just had to make them! So go check out her tutorial here!

Meet Mr. and Mrs. Danny!!!

I just had to make some little Elders. Aren't they darling?

Necklaces

So these are like those scrabble tile necklaces that are all the rage right now. I made some that were round with cool people on them. I have always adored Audrey Hepburn!

I have little thing for Vincent Price...but who doesn't? Ha ha.

Here is my, "Chopin" one. I know I know I am weird...

I made these out of washers and used a steel stamping set to stamp the letters. As you see it is the initials of everyone in my family as well as our birthstones.
I made these all for my sisters for Christmas with different sayings on them. I was most excited to give my one sister, Heidi hers because it said,"adoption" on it and her kids are all adopted!

Earring holder thingy dingys

I made these out of old frames from thrift stores. I wish I would have taken a before picture, but trust me they look much better now!
